For 23 years, Bill dedicated his life to protecting local businesses, homes, and lives as a firefighter. He has worked in the roofing industry since 2002, after retiring from the Portsmouth Fire Department as a Fire Marshall.

Matt has worked in the roofing industry since he graduated with a degree in Business Administration from East Carolina University. His education and experience ensures the professional, efficient and effective completion of all projects.

Paula is the heartbeat of Stublen Roofing. After working as a nurse at Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters, Paula now shares her light with everyone who enters the Stublen Roofing office, and ensures our business runs smoothly.

Wes received a Mechanical Engineering Technology degree from Old Dominion University. Whether it is new construction or an existing structure, Wes' attention to detail and expertise helps guarantee a job well done.

Paula Stublen, Owner

Paula is the heartbeat of Stublen Roofing. After working as a nurse at Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters, Paula now spends her time in the Administrative Office at Stublen Roofing. Her duties include answering phone calls, coordinating jobs, and keeping the boys of Stublen Roofing on their game.
