The crew was professional, friendly, and respectful of not only our home but also my dogs!! Roofing a home can be loud and scary for our fur babies, but Stublen went above and beyond to make my girls feel safe. However, I did take the girls to another while this was going on, Stublen made sure they were rewarded with treats!!! How sweet and a special personal touch, the girls sure appreciated it! We kicked off the holiday season with a Stublen Roofing team night at Christmastowne in @buschgardensva ❄️🎅🏼🎄 Kristen and Maddie convinced Paula onto the swings (a Christmas miracle), we all stayed warm with spiced cider and a few festive beers, and the rest of us rode DarKoaster approximately… a lot. Even with only one ride open, it was a beautiful 10/10 night with people we love 💛

This time we also replaced five Velux skylights, and the job still ran smoothly with a full crew, no tarps, and no mess left behind. The estimate was provided promptly and within the range of some others. However, what helped make Stublen our choice was having watched them do new roofs for two homes in our neighborhood - they got both done in 2 days + some final cleanup the next, the team operated safely with secure rope connections, and showed up with lots of folks and equipment to help make the job go smoothly... This, then, was exactly our experience, but with the additional complication of replacing 5 old Velux skylights with new ones. We have witnessed others working with a 2 man crew that took a week, required blue tarps when rain came for unfinished sections, and they left with somewhat of a mess.
